     史提凯文1963年出生于法国南部普罗旺斯的一个幸福家庭。他的父母亲都是从事于与时尚相关的行业,父亲是时尚设计师,母亲则是报社的时尚编辑。史提夫从小接受父母亲时尚文化的熏陶,对时尚文化也表现出相当的禀赋与兴趣。听从父亲的建议专攻设计专业的史提夫1984年,以优异的成绩从法国设计学院毕业。毕业后几年,史提夫在法国巴黎从事了几份与时尚设计相关的工作,虽说是专业对口设计的工作,且薪资待遇还很优厚,但史提夫做得都不是很快乐。因为这几份工作他做得都很压抑,并不能发挥自己的真才实学,也不能真实地表达自己的设计理念以及创意思想。

1988年的一天,像往常一样忙碌的上下班,史提夫觉得很疲乏也很迷茫,但是他并没有像往常一样一下班就直接回家,而是在大街上随意地行走、散心。不知不觉,史提夫便走到了威武高大的凯旋门。在那里他凝望着凯旋门思考了很久很久,而正当史提夫要转身回家的时候,西边一束金黄色阳光斜照在凯旋门上,散发出无比辉煌灿烂的光芒,此刻的史提夫内心感觉到无比的轻松自在,这也给他犹豫不决的内心,吃了一颗定心丸。一周后,当史提夫走出公司大门时,坚定的眼神里充满着阳光,非常轻松自在。他心里想着:是时候为自己而活了。不久后198888日),史提夫听从自己内心的想法,结合这几年对时尚的认识与专业积累,以及实际的市场调查研究,开始开创从小就喜爱的时尚美发造型品Hairarch。品牌的创立灵感,得益于史提夫在凯旋门前看到的那一幕温馨美好景象,品牌也一直秉承着凯旋门国际风范、先进理念的精神象征,勇往直前,开拓创新。经过几年的起步与发展Hairarch品牌以时尚个性化的美发造型设计,以及良好的品牌形象,迅速风靡于法国,成为当时不可或缺的一个时尚美发造型品牌。而如今,经过二十多年的沉淀与发展Hairarch俨然已经成为一个国际化的美发美容时尚造型品牌。
